You control the type of the survey and who gets the survey, yet results do not reveal individual responses.
- Consider the following:
- Survey type - Most companies will opt for the general safety survey but if you are interested in surveys regarding specific programs in your safety and health effort, these are available. And, we can always deliver customized surveys.
- General safety survey with standardized questions
- Program-specific (LockOut/TagOut, Chemical Hazard Communication, Contractor Safety and more)
- Customized (we help you decide the number and format of questions to suit your needs and the survey can include space for comments)
- Survey size - How many employees do you want to contact and do you want the survey results summarized by business unit?
- Most surveys attempt to contact all employees
- Sample size (you provide the number of people to be contacted - if you want some number other than all employees surveyed we can help you with a statistically significant sample size based on the total population)
- Business unit (results by department, location, overall company, or combinations)
- Survey process - Do you want to electronically get the survey in employee hands by handling the email distribution of the website survey link yourself or by having Survey4Safety broadcast an individual survey link to your employees (you provide us the email list)?
- Survey timing - Do you want one time only or are you interested in periodic surveys for trending (repeat every four months or six months)?
- Contact Survey4Safety. Using the above information, we can quote an initial and, if requested, trend survey on an annual fee basis. To contact Survey4Safety CLICK HERE>>
- Upon your acceptance to proceed, there is a signed agreement which includes your approval of the terms of use. CLICK HERE>>
- Survey4Safety then verifies with you or designated company associates the type of survey and your target survey completion date.
- You need to inform employees that a survey will be conducted, when it will be done, why it will be done, and the importance of responding. (We can provide standardized language for this.)
- Employees are contacted to begin the survey. Your employees are assured of anonymity.
- The survey includes an introduction stating response anonymity along with
- the instructions for completing the survey and
- an estimate of the time (in minutes) required to take it.
- Survey4Safety compiles, analyzes, and tabulates the results after the end of the survey period. These results are presented in a summary electronic report to you and/or designated company associates. Results can be provided in graphical and/or tabular form.
